Yes. All of those canvas prints are framed, as indicated in each product page. And it is also ready to hang. The hooks are already mounted, where you can immediately hang it on your wall after unboxing. Please check also the product details if you want to know more about the frame. We cater free shipping in the United States, Australia , Canada and the United Kingdom. We also ship to the rest of the world using the standard shipping.
Shipping is FREE within the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom at a minimum order of $80. However, standard shipping fees apply to other countries. The price is determined at a pro rata shipping rate according to the weight and the size of your ordered wall art. Shipping fee for the rest of the world ranges from US $9.90 – US $29.95.
Arrival times vary, and depend on certain conditions; like the weather, your location, regular holidays, and custom delays. Below, you can find the general guideline for the estimated amount of time it would take to ship your order.

Each canvas wall art are crafted from top-notch quality materials. Therefore before planning to return a product or if you have any questions about the items, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Email us at support@enjoycanvas.com along with your order number, the reasons of returned or exchange, photo of the item with damages or issues along with its packaging. Our customer support specialist will assist you as soon as we received the notification.
Only damaged or misrepresented items are under the return policy and must be processed within 30 days of receiving the product. Make sure to send us an email immediately after you have received the product. We will provide a replacement the same as the item you have ordered and sent it at your doorstep. Please refer to our return policy for complete details.
Before applying for a refund, please send us an immediate email with your order number and the issues with the product. We follow a 30-day rule after you have received the product. As soon as you have found an issue with the product don’t hesitate to email us at support@enjoycanvas.com.
When bad events happens or have your parcel confirmed lost, we will give you a full refund.
Can I return my custom wall art?
Under our return policy, custom artwork can’t be returned since we have invested a special time to create for this. We wish you to enjoy your canvas wall art, so make sure that are satisfied with the images you have sent for customization before sending to us.

As long as you have received your invoice receipt and a note that your order is ‘processed’, you don’t have to worry. We make sure that your wall art is in good hands. After the two to three business days of lead time, please allow to process for shipment, it takes about five (5) business days. After this, we will send you the tracking code. Once the tracking code is sent our system will send you an automatic update of your parcel. It will keep you on track of your item.

Tracking details will be sent to you after five days of shipment processing (excluding two to three business days of lead time). The details will be emailed to you. Once you have received the tracking number it will continue to automatically update you with the status of your parcel. Then, you are ready to track your order.
We can customize all types of images that you love, just send us a message at support@enjoycanvas.com for verification of images. We do a quality check first of your images before proceeding to an order. We will suggest enhancement if needed. We make sure that it is high-quality and perfect for your chosen canvas size. For custom wall art it will take two to five business days for lead time before proceeding for shipment. And after the lead time if will follow the following shipping time frame:

Your wall art will just need a swift dusting using soft, dry, lint-free cloth, electrostatic dust cloth, or feather duster . And please make sure that your hands are clean, dry and free from oils. And just dust it lightly to avoid scratch. You can can also check our canvas care page.
Those wall arts are specially created to fill your indoor spaces and we don’t usually recommend to hang it outdoors since as times goes by it will be damaged by direct sunlight and water.
